A day in the life of an NFLB clinician
Prepare for sessions
Review family goals, notes, and plans for the day.
Connect with the team
Collaborate for guidance, support, and resources.
Coordinate with schools and community partners
Work together to support each family’s goals.
Meet with families in their homes
Provide in-home therapy throughout Boone County.
Help families build skills
Practice communication, navigate conflict, and build healthy routines with youth and caregivers.
Document progress and plan next steps
Track growth, update goals, and celebrate progress.
