SMS Terms & Conditions
Our SMS program provides appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and responses to your inquiries. This program does not send unsolicited fundraising appeals or promotional campaigns. If you ask about fundraising or an event, we may respond to your question.
You may opt in by providing your phone number on our contact form and checking the optional SMS consent checkbox. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving services or making a donation.
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and communication with our team. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact contact@thehhfoundation.org or 573-257-6966. You may continue contacting us by telephone or email after opting out.
Delivery depends on mobile carrier and service availability. SMS is for scheduling and general communication. Please do not send sensitive health information by text. Messages are not monitored continuously and should not be used for emergencies.
Contact Form & SMS Privacy Policy
This notice covers our website contact form and appointment/general communication SMS program. It does not replace privacy notices that apply to clinical care or medical records.
Our contact form collects the name, email address, phone number, message, and SMS consent choice you provide. When you text us, we receive your phone number and message content. We use this information to respond to inquiries, coordinate appointments, and record and honor messaging preferences.
We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent information. We do not disclose them to other organizations or affiliates for advertising, fundraising, or promotional use. We do not transfer your consent to another organization’s messaging program.
Squarespace processes website form information. Zoom and telecommunications providers process information needed to deliver messages. These services do not receive permission to use your SMS consent for their own marketing. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Please avoid submitting sensitive health information through the contact form or SMS. To ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or update contact preferences, contact contact@thehhfoundation.org or 573-257-6966.
